Mandala Yoga Massage Balls


I love getting a massage. It's one of my simple luxuries in life. And Mandala created a product for people like me or anyone who wants relief or just plain relaxation.


Mandala Yoga Massage Balls are ideal for self myofascial pain release. I tried them and they indeed provide a great way to relieve tension and stress. All you have to do is find the spot where tension and stress have build up in the body and let the balls stay on these spots for 2-3 minutes for maximum effectiveness. You can also roll the balls upwards or downwards, sideways, or in circles to release knots from the muscles.

You can as well use your own body weight to increase or decrease the pressure of the balls on your muscles to achieve the best results on hard-to-reach areas. Just trap the Mandala ball between your body and a suitable surface like the floor and apply the right amount of pressure. You can use 1 or 2 balls at a time. I tried this using the floor and the wall. Both are just fine, though if you want less pressure, you can stand against a wall with the ball trapped between the wall and your back. Then position it at the point where you need to release tension. If you want even more pressure, I recommend lying on the floor because gravity helps on this one. Maintaining balance is easy, just place your hands on the floor for support. Mandala massage balls are ideal for all body types.

During a long trip, I also tried placing the ball between my back and my seat while in the car and the compression helped me relax more. Of course, this is only applicable if you're a passenger. The ball is just the right size. You can bring this versatile tool wherever you want because it is very handy and convenient for travel. You can also bring it to the office and have an instant massage chair while working!

Mandala yoga massage balls are solid rubber and are easy to clean. Wash them with ordinary soap and water after your massage session and they're good to go for the next.

Mandala yoga massage balls are now part of my pre-workout warm up and post-workout cool down. My husband who is in the air force always does intense workouts. He also loves the product as it helps him relax after his training for his routine physical test. I use it to massage his back, neck, and shoulders. Mandala balls are very helpful in eliminating minor pains and even muscle tension build up.
